Hubbell Incorporated invites a 2027 Summer Intern in Operations - Business Intelligence & Analytics to join the HUS BI & Analytics team in St. Louis.

You will develop and enhance Power BI solutions to deliver actionable insights for operations and planning. During a 10- to 12-week program (May–August 2027), you will work with enterprise data models, create visualizations, and build calculations that improve reporting and support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university during May–August 2027.
• Pursuing a Bachelor27s or Master27s degree related to the internship.
• Strong interest in BI, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products preferred.

2027 Summer Intern: Operations - Business Intelligence & Analytics

The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell.

This intern will focus on supporting the HUS Business Intelligence & Analytics team by developing and enhancing Power BI solutions that deliver actionable business insights. Responsibilities include working with enterprise data models, such as Quote-to-Billing and MRP, to create impactful visualizations, develop meaningful calculations, and improve reporting capabilities that support operational and strategic decision-making.

• Strong interest in business intelligence, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant software and systems.

Intern compensation is determined based on academic standing and expected graduation date. Hourly rates for this position range from $22.50 to $29.00 per hour ($46,800–$60,320 annualized equivalent).
