Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Centralia, MO is seeking a Customer Service Operations Analyst to elevate the customer experience. You will be the SAP, EDI, and Power BI subject matter expert, delivering insights to improve Hubbell’s customer service.

You will create and organize data, ensure data quality, support analytical solutions, develop dashboards with Power BI, and collaborate across teams to implement new business solutions using SAP OnBase and Office 365 tools.

Qualifications

BA/BS in an IT-related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2 years in a Data Analyst/Business Analyst role.
Advanced Excel and SAP experience.
Experience building dashboards with Power BI and familiarity with Office 365 tools.
Knowledge of SQL, DAX, and Power Query M.
Familiarity with EDI, VANs, ANSI X12, SAP iDocs and related fulfillment software.
Experience with project management and documentation.

Responsibilities

Use Power BI, SAP OnBase and other applications to create and organize data ensuring data quality and accuracy.
Support analytical solutions by conducting complex data analysis and detailed reporting.
Assist with research, development, and implementation of new business solutions.
Analyze EDI interoperability and client-reported issues, determine root cause, and apply corrective action.
