• Must be in ‘good standing’ with conduct at time of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming customer service to Office of Undergraduate Admissions guests.
• Utilize resources to find solutions to inquiries.
• Increase awareness of UWM and the Milwaukee community.
• Collaborate with staff to provide timely follow-ups and resources.
• Become an expert on UWM resources and events.
