About Our Engineering Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Administrator to support our engineering team. Someone who is highly organized, has a keen eye for accuracy, and has stellar communication and prioritization skills. The Engineering Administrator will play a critical role in maintaining data and coordinating cross-functional workflows to ensure accurate and timely release of engineering information to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Complete engineering related documentation including industry certifications, factory acceptance test plans, and inspection test reports with precision; keep track of deadlines and renewals
  • Maintain digital and physical documentation organization, support engineering with administrative tasks
  • Utilize ERP system to assist managing bills of materials (BOMs), routing instructions, released drawings, and engineering work order updates
  • Communicate workflow schedule and updates to stakeholders within the organization

  • Attention to Detail: Make a conscious effort to focus on the details and ensure documents are complete, accurate, and thorough
