Job summary

Textron Systems is seeking an Admin Assistant to support the Surface Vessel Engineering team in the Uncrewed Sea Systems division. You will handle workflows, meetings, and documentation while coordinating with procurement and other departments.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Office. Occasional travel and remote-site support are possible to ensure project deadlines are met.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Surface Vessel Engineering team.

• Prepare and format engineering documents and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate purchases and expense reporting with procurement.
• Support configuration management for vessels and equipment.
• Assist in maintaining lab organization and certifications.
