Job summary

Midway Products Group, INC is seeking an accounting professional to manage the financial accounting functions for Engineering. The role involves preparing monthly and year-end tooling cost reports and ensuring timely payment of tooling payables.

You will create and review tooling AR, update pricing against purchase orders, and collaborate with Sales and Engineering to resolve open items and discrepancies. A Bachelor’s in Accounting or equivalent and at least three years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years experience in accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly and year end tooling cost reports.
• Review, analysis and payment of tooling payables.
• Create and review tooling accounts receivable.
• Review and update part/piece price listing to agree with current purchase orders.
• Prepare LTA reduction analysis and spreadsheets for timely submission in All Numbers and AS400.
• Work closely with accounts receivable assistants to identify and troubleshoot accounts receivable issues and forward results to the appropriate person(s) for resolution.
