Job summary

Infiltrator Water Technologies in Oregon seeks a Project Manager/Estimator to deliver engineered systems from cost modeling through manufacturing and closeout.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop quotes, review RFQs, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution while mitigating risks.

Bachelor's required; 4+ years in PM/estimation; willingness to travel; SolidWorks/CAD literacy; strong problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of project management, estimating, or engineering experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Ability to interpret SolidWorks and CAD drawings.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the planning and execution of engineering projects, including schedules and budgets, through the manufacturing process.
• Develop quotes for Engineered Systems collection and treatment system projects and maintain all supporting documentation in CRM and ERP systems.
• Review RFQs, bid packages and technical drawings from Systems Engineering to determine scope of work and ensure accuracy.
• Ensures all systems are delivered on time to job site and communicates with appropriate departments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives; successfully manages projects with no or minimal supervision.
