Job summary

EnQuest Energy Solutions, a Houston-based engineering and manufacturing company, seeks a Project Manager to lead engineered equipment projects from order intake through delivery and commissioning. You will coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, and Field Service to ensure on-time delivery within budget and to customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Project Management, engineering or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant industry experience considered.
• 3–5+ years of project management experience in engineered equipment manufacturing, power generation, oil & gas equipment, or related industry.
• Experience coordinating multiple phases of engineered projects (Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Testing, Logistics, Commissioning, Field Service).
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specs, and customer requirements; strong communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables from order intake through delivery and closeout.
• Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Assembly, Testing, Logistics, and Field Service across the project lifecycle.
• Lead internal and customer project status meetings and communicate schedule, technical, and cost updates.
• Monitor critical-path activities, long-lead equipment, and implement recovery plans when risks are identified.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, customer specs, industry standards, and internal quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records; support invoicing milestones and change orders.
