ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineer, WMS to join our technology team. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for the design, development, configuration, and support of the Manhattan Active WMS platform to optimize warehouse and distribution center operations. Salary Range: $100k - $135k**Key Responsibilities*** Design, develop, configure, and maintain solutions within the Manhattan Active WMS platform* Collaborate with business stakeholders, software architects, analysts, and warehouse operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions* Develop and maintain custom integrations between Manhattan Active WMS and other enterprise systems (OMS, ERP, BOOMI, MHE, FTP, etc.)* Assist in system configuration, testing, and deployment of WMS enhancements and new features* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, bugs, and system performance bottlenecks* Create and maintain technical documentation including design specs, configuration guides, and integration documentation* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and third-party vendors* Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and end-user training efforts* Ensure solutions align with best practices, scalability, and security standards**Required Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field* 2+ years of hands-on experience with Manhattan Associates WMS (Active WMS)* Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and Agile software development methodology.* Proficiency in MAWM Proactive, Velocity, Python, JSON, and API integrations* Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution center operations (receiving, putaway, picking, shipping, inventory management)**Preferred Qualifications*** Familiarity with Jasper Reports, MarkMagic PI, and SCI Reporting Tool* Knowledge of Confluence, Jira, DevOps, and other collaboration tools* Understanding of Google Cloud Platform, Pub/Sub, and related Google utilities* Manhattan Associates certification(s) is a plus* Experience in the retail, footwear, or apparel industry**Skills & Competencies*** Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment**Work Environment*** Hybrid or on-site work arrangement (location-dependent)* Occasional travel to distribution centers or vendor sites may be requiredSalary Range: $100k - $135k
