Join TYLin's dynamic Water Solutions Team as an Engineer and work on impactful projects that shape water management and community development. This role involves managing and supporting various projects, providing expertise in project delivery, and fostering team growth while upholding our core values.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs to meet expectations.
• Manage multiple technical assignments, leading teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Exhibit technical excellence in planning studies, designs, program management, procurement/bid assistance, and design services for water/wastewater systems.
• Support business development pursuits, including preparing proposals, building relationships, and contributing to team growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• P.E. license in AZ.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in water and/or wastewater treatment and climate/flood resiliency.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Experience in preparing contract documents, including drawings and specifications, for complex water and wastewater projects.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including structural, geotechnical, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and control, and architecture engineers.
• Client-focused with a commitment to providing optimal solutions.
• Innovative mindset to develop new solutions for clients' challenges.
• High integrity, conducting work ethically, fairly, and sustainably.
• Proven ability to collaborate within diverse and inclusive teams toward technical excellence.
