Job Mission
Within ASML, the Customer Support (CS) group is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations. One of the departments in this group is CS NXE Upgrades/Install, which prepares and executes complex upgrades such as commercial upgrades and field swaps and “bring to spec packages.”

Job Description
As a shift leader, you will lead the in fab engineering team and drive operations. Your first priority is to be an ambassador for safety and adherence to local ways of working.
Education
BSc technical degree in Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, (Applied) Physics, or comparable, or equivalent experience.
Experience
Experience in a challenging environment with high-tech products and complex production processes as an engineer, preferably with troubleshooting: analyzing problems, finding root causes, and solutions. At least 2 or more years of work experience as an engineer.
Personal Skills
Open to cultural differences, pragmatic attitude, motivated, pro-active, self-driven, and flexible. High sense of responsibility and devotion, highly stress-resistant. Broad technical and business knowledge, strong analytical ability and focus on problem-solving, good documentation and organizational skills. A good team player who is committed to the success of ASML, with strong communication skills, verbal and written, in English.

Other Information
In this role, you will report to your Group Leader in CS NXE Upgrades. Work is generally scheduled at the INTEL HBO site; however, flexibility to travel to other countries, including Taiwan, Korea, and the USA, with short notice (if needed, with uninterrupted periods up to 3 weeks in a row).
