Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience in robot programming, PLC integration, industrial networking, and manufacturing support.
• Fluency in Chinese, with strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, with 3-7 years of industrial robotics experience.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in energy equipment, heavy manufacturing, robotic welding, machine vision, collaborative robots, or SprutCAM.
• Knowledge of Python/C#, offline simulation software, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or project management.
