Analog Devices is seeking an experienced professional to sustain high-volume wafer production with deep photolithography expertise. You will drive process improvements, investigate root causes, and implement quality programs in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and an ability to optimize cost and cycle times while ensuring product quality across tools and processes in a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Electronics, or a related engineering field.
• 2+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience in photolithography.
• Good understanding of photolithography theory and process knowledge.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated technical leadership skills and ability to engage with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Sustaining high volume wafer manufacturing with technical expertise in photolithography.
• Developing improvements to manufacturing processes and production flows to improve yield, quality, cost, and cycle time.
