Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer with photolithography expertise to sustain high-volume wafer production and drive improvements across the manufacturing workflow.

The role emphasizes reducing cycle time, improving yield and quality, and investigating root causes of discrepancies while working on-site in a cleanroom with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Electronics, or a related engineering field.
• 2+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience in photolithography.
• Able to work on-site in cleanroom.

Typical Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Sustaining high volume wafer manufacturing by providing technical expertise in photolithography processes
• Developing improvements to manufacturing processes and modifications to production process flows to improve yield, quality, cost, and cycle time
• Root cause investigation of discrepant material and implementation of quality improvement programs
• Troubleshooting process shifts and applying SPC fundamentals to identify areas for improvement
• Optimizing process to lower cost, maximize output, and match performance across tools
• Qualifying new equipment and new processes
• Analyzing cycle time and equipment overall operational efficiency

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Electronics, or a related engineering field of study.
• 2+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience in photolithography, with preference for TEL ACT8 track, die coat polyimide and spin on glass experience
• Good understanding of photolithography theory and process knowledge
• Able to work on-site in cleanroom

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with a high degree of ownership

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic who will thrive in a dynamic 24/7 operation
• Strong knowledge and past ownership of photolithography track tool is desired

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $75,200 to $103,400.

Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
