Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Minimum of 6 months paid co-op or internship experience in engineering.
• Willingness to be on-call for plant area support.
• Legal right to work in the United States without employment restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Implement engineering best practices, analyze and improve processes, and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing safety, product quality, and equipment or infrastructure.
• Work in roles such as Production / Process Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Equipment Reliability & Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Product Quality, Technical Service, and Operations Management.
