GALLERYone, a DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel, invites a Part‑Time Engineer to join the Property Operations Team. This 231‑room, condo‑style hotel is situated on the Intracoastal Waterway, less than five minutes from Galleria Fort Lauderdale.

Shift Pattern

Three shifts per week on weekdays and weekends, with holiday availability when needed. Typical shift is in the morning.

What will I be doing?

• Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart‑of‑the‑house areas.
• Respond to guest calls and team‑member work orders in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner to assess and repair non‑functioning machinery or equipment.
• Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work, and masonry.
• Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs.
• Record and report completed repairs and items requiring further attention.
