Job summary

Dexian in Florida seeks an engineer to provide engineering support for wind turbine maintenance and restoration projects, perform root cause analysis, review repair procedures, and coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and site teams. You will develop repair recommendations, support major component replacements, participate in budgeting, and contribute to fleet-wide reliability and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of engineering experience supporting wind turbines, renewable energy assets, or comparable industrial equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems and equipment failures.
• Strong technical writing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and engineering analysis tools.

• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Power BI, and Excel.
• Experience working with OEMs, contractors, vendors, and site operations teams.
