Job summary

Grantsville City Corporation is seeking an Engineer in Training (EIT) to provide professional engineering support for city infrastructure projects. Under the City Engineer, you will assist in planning, design, review, construction, and field investigations, developing knowledge and licensure-ready experience.

You will engage in development review, capital improvements, drainage, and transportation projects while coordinating with developers, consultants, and City staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain within twelve months of employment.
• Valid Utah Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Review development plans for compliance with City standards and requirements.
• Assist with planning, design, bidding, and construction administration of capital projects.
