Leo A Daly LLC in Omaha, NE is seeking an Engineer I to support engineering system design across multiple projects. Under supervision, you will perform design calculations, prepare reports, cost estimates, permits, and deliverables. A Bachelor's degree in engineering is required, with 0–1 year of experience and EIT preferred.

You will work with AutoCAD, MATLAB, and SolidWorks, interpret data, and help ensure timely, quality outcomes while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

• Participate in meetings and reviews to ensure code compliance. May conduct site investigations and observations.
• May interact with staff, the public, officials, and contractors. Limited client-facing responsibilities.

Description

Job Summary

Engineer I, under close supervision, assists with engineering system design during all phases of multiple, simultaneous projects by performing design calculations, specifications, interpreting and preparing reports, and preparing cost estimates, impact studies, permits and producing deliverable drawings.

Job Responsibilities
