Job summary

Tyson Foods in Fayetteville, AR is seeking an Engineer III to join the Manufacturing Services Team. You will partner with IS to implement enterprise solutions across existing production processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and systems integration.

The role requires 6–10 years of experience in consumer products manufacturing, strong leadership, and solid communication skills. This is a fulltime, on-site position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent; master's preferred.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in consumer products manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems and SAP MM/QM/PP-PI is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement modifications to systems and processes to capitalize on opportunities.
• Analyze existing manufacturing processes and systems to identify waste, redundancy and bottlenecks.
• Act as liaison to Operations and drive change.
• Provide functional and technical guidance for process improvement.
