Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an Engineer III in our Prepared Foods division to drive continuous improvements within the Manufacturing Services Team. This role partners with Operations and IS to implement enterprise solutions across manufacturing processes and scheduling, enabling better performance and cost efficiency.

The engineer will analyze processes, mentor teams, develop training plans, and ensure effective onboarding and cross-training.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Master’s with BS in Engineering or equivalent.
• 6–10 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong knowledge of consumer products manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement modifications to systems and processes to capitalize on opportunities.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify waste and bottlenecks.
• Liaise with Operations and IS to implement enterprise solutions.
• Provide guidance on process improvement and technical expertise.
