Responsibilities

  • Act as engineer-in-charge of moderately large construction/maintenance projects.
  • Review plans and specifications for compliance and provide technical guidance.
  • Supervise and evaluate professional and technical staff.
  • Liaise with City departments, inspectors, contractors, developers, and consultants.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical reports and project documents.
  • Prepare preliminary plans, proposals, and cost estimates for projects.
