Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. is seeking an Engineer II to support Soft Tissue product development with the Foot, Ankle & Trauma team. You will manage full life cycle development from initiation to maintenance, ensuring compliance with FDA/ISO guidelines and design controls.

Role involves leading cross-functional teams, coordinating testing, and collaborating with Regulatory, Marketing, and Manufacturing. Travel may be required to trade shows and accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 2 years of experience outside academic coursework and internships are required.

Responsibilities

• Design components or systems and modify designs to develop or improve products.
• Lead multifunctional project teams through feasibility analysis, initiation, planning, and execution.
• Maintain design history file per Arthrex design control procedures.
• Provide Regulatory support for assigned projects as needed.
• Support Manufacturing with processing improvements and production readiness.
• Train surgeon and distributor customers on technical aspects of assigned products.
• Determine need for testing and initiate testing of assigned products.
