Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. seeks an Engineer II to support the Foot, Ankle & Trauma team with a focus on Soft Tissue product development. You will own full lifecycle development of medical devices from initiation to maintenance and work with global teams to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and ~2 years of related experience, with opportunities for travel to trade shows and accounts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 2 years of professional experience outside of academia/internships is required.

Responsibilities

• Design components or systems and modify designs to improve products and manufactureability.
• Lead cross-functional project teams through feasibility, initiation, planning, execution and closure.
• Maintain design history file in accordance with Arthrex procedures.
• Provide Regulatory support for assigned projects as needed.
• Support Marketing and Product Management with technical input for training and marketing.
