  • Analyze requirements for unit testing interfaces and electrical circuits to ensure proper functionality.
  • Design harnessing for test equipment and test setups to support accurate and efficient testing.
  • Incorporate instrumentation into test setups, including monitoring for flows, pressures, load, torque, airspeed, vibration, and temperature.
  • Design and coordinate the build, checkout, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in collaboration with the hourly workforce.
  • Create electrical schematics to document designs and ensure clear communication across teams.
  • Create project estimates and work within budget constraints for time and cost to meet project goals.
  • Support Process Standardization and document it with Standard Work
  • Identify and support opportunities to reduce Non-Recurring Expenses (NRE) within Test Engineering processes.
