Job summary

Systems LLC, an affiliate of Chamberlain Group, is seeking an Engineer II, EHS in Germantown, WI to lead safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments in partnership with manufacturing teams. You will investigate incidents, develop root-cause analyses, and maintain OSHA-compliant records.

You will design and deliver safety training, support LOTO, machine guarding, ergonomics initiatives, and contribute to environmental programs across air, waste, and water.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in environmental, health and safety program management.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local standards on HSE protection.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and lead safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments; issue reports to managers.
• Investigate incidents and near misses; identify root causes and maintain records per OSHA/CG.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs, including JSA and IP team guidance.
• Maintain regulatory compliance documentation and reporting for applicable regulations.
• Support implementation of EHS programs (LOTO, machine guarding, ergonomics, contractor safety).

In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
