Job summary

Performance Hospitality is seeking an Engineer II to join our Engineering & Maintenance team in Orlando. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

The role requires a hands-on, customer-focused approach and the ability to handle on-call shifts. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in hotel engineering or related fields, with strong problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hotel engineering, maintenance, facilities, or a related field.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
• Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties.

Responsibilities
