Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
  • Ability to obtain EPA refrigerant handler card if required.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with building management systems.
  • Experienced in one or more of the following trades: plumbing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and/or HVAC.

Responsibilities

  • Electrical installation and repairs for switches, outlets, and power circuits.
  • Repair plumbing leaks and drains; replace washers.
  • Surface preparation and painting; wall coverings repair.
  • Rough and finish carpentry for partitions, doors, furniture, and shelves.
  • Upholstery work as required.
  • Fabricate and repair mechanical devices, motors and pumps.
  • Keep workshop orderly; manage tools and storage.
  • Install and maintain tile, marble, carpet, and flooring.
  • Operate milling equipment and weld as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Perform basic electrical installation and repair work in wiring for switches, outlets, plugs, cables, power circuits and appliances; repairs lighting systems; inspects electrical systems for unsafe conditions.
  • Perform basic repairs of plumbing leaks or breaks; opens clogged lines and drains; replaces washers and other minor parts; maintains and monitors plumbing systems.
  • Apply and prepare various surfaces for paint, enamel, lacquer, varnish, or stain; repairs wall coverings.
  • Perform basic rough and finished carpentry work in construction and repair of structures such as partitions, walls, doors, fences, window frames, office furniture, roofs, and shelves.
  • Performs upholstery work as required.
  • Fabricates, repairs, and maintains mechanical devices, motors and pumps.
  • Keeps workshop orderly by cleaning tool boxes, putting away tools and parts, and straightening electrical storage area.
  • Installs and maintains all tile, marble floor materials, carpet, and carpet tiles.
  • Run milling equipment, lathes and power tools; welds materials.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
  • Ability to obtain a valid EPA refrigerant handlers Card if required
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office suite, and be knowledgeable about building management systems.
  • Must be experienced in one or more of the following trades: plumbing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and/or HVAC
