Responsibilities

• Install new layouts for all gaming tables.
• Read and understand blueprints and schematics.
• Walk daily routes and make necessary repairs.
• Re-lamp throughout the property.
• Operate machinery and equipment as required.

Major Job Duties

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and plumbing problems.
• Install or re‑direct electrical circuits as needed.
• Complete work orders as requested.
• Install new layouts for all gaming tables as required.
• Read and understand blueprints, schematics, and one‑line diagrams.
• Walk daily routes and make necessary repairs.
• Re‑lamp throughout the property as necessary.
• Operate machinery and equipment as required (such as forklift); training will be provided.
• Provide courteous and friendly service to all guests and team members.
• Take a leadership role in reporting and correcting unsafe work practices or facility conditions.
• Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to departmental and company policies.
• Perform related work as requested.

Experience

Previous facilities experience required in HVAC, electrical, locksmith, plumbing, kitchen and general maintenance.

Education

High School Diploma or GED.

Skills

• Ability to learn and understand company and department rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff.
• Read, write, and verbal communication in English.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
