Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and experience with 3D CAD modeling, preferably SolidWorks, along with strong report-writing and communication abilities.

Overview Of The Position

• Design of commercial aircraft aftermarket parts by reverse engineering.
• If required incumbent may use standard measurement tools such as a micrometer or caliper to gather dimensional data.
• Create 3D CAD models and dimensional data reports from reverse engineering data.
• Create manufacturing drawings of aftermarket parts from dimensional reports, material analysis, and available technical data.
• Manage multiple reverse engineering projects simultaneously.
• Create reports and data packages to be submitted to the FAA for certification.
