Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical) or Construction Science.
• Graduate in May 2026, December 2026, or May 2027.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 6-week intensive onboarding experience at Williams' corporate headquarters in Tulsa.
• Build advanced professional and technical capabilities.
