Job summary

Hunting Energy Services in Houston, TX is seeking an Engineer I to support connection design and development, generate plans and reports, and perform engineering tasks across projects. You will create, review, and maintain drawings, perform calculations, and conduct testing with a focus on quality and customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in engineering design, calculations and documentation.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Generate plans and reports for assigned projects and tasks.
  • Perform tasks associated with engineering projects, including analysis and development work.
  • Conduct required engineering calculations.
  • Create, review and maintain engineering drawings.
  • Perform physical testing and evaluate results.
  • Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
  • Provide technical support to Sales, Manufacturing and Quality.
  • Assist Quality with evaluation and disposition of non-conforming parts.
  • Communicate and brief the Manager of Engineering on project status.
