Caesars Entertainment is seeking an Engineer 1 to provide a friendly and safe environment for guests and team members while protecting company assets.
You will greet guests, patrol the property, document deficiencies for the Engineering Department, and perform basic repairs such as lamp replacement and circuit breaker resets. You must be able to work any shift, hold a Nevada driver’s license, and communicate effectively.

High school graduate or equivalent is required with 1 to 2 years of prior security experience is preferred
Ability to manage several tasks at once
Must possess good oral and written communication skills along with a good working knowledge of basic computer programs
Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift
Must be able to obtain and possess a Nevada Drivers License
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work and stand inside and outside, sometimes in cold or warm temperatures
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to stoop, bend, jump, twist, crouch, grip, carry heavy loads and maneuver quickly on level surfaces, as well as, up and down stairs
Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
Must be able to push or pull up to 150 pounds
Must be able to see and, remember the specific details of incidents and persons.

Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
