Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to maintain equipment and fixtures throughout the property. Candidates should have at least 5 years of commercial experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various systems such as electrical and plumbing.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Maintain various equipment and fixtures inside the entire property high rise areas.
• Report all equipment and fixture errors to Management.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by area and Management.
• Assist other trades and crafts with routine and emergency work assignments.
• Interact with guests of the Hotel daily.
• Ensure the hotel meets all building codes and regulations.
• Possess a basic knowledge of Fire life safety systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years commercial experience in one or more of the following areas: installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of various electrical and lighting systems; beverage systems; plumbing systems; and basic carpentry skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a 4-year accredited apprenticeship program.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to walk long distances and perform work for extended periods on tall ladders and lifts.
• Ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints, drawings, schematics, and sketches.
• Proficiency in the safe use of all trade-related hand and power tools, safety, and protective equipment.
• Ability to respond immediately to all emergency situations and calls.
• A valid State of Nevada Driver's License required and must be obtained before entering this position.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
