Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years commercial experience in installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of electrical and lighting systems; beverage systems; plumbing systems and basic carpentry.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; completion of a 4 year accredited apprenticeship program.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment and fixtures throughout the property low rise areas.
• Report equipment and fixture errors to Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by area and Management.
• Assist trades and crafts with routine and emergency work assignments.
