Stryker Group invites high-potential graduates to join the FORGE program, a 20-month engineering and leadership development track. Participants rotate through Operations Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and Operations, gaining hands-on experience in regulated medical device manufacturing and advanced analytics.

The program includes training in GD&T, design transfer, Six Sigma, and cross-functional collaboration, with exposure to senior leadership and global teams to accelerate career

Qualifications

• Must have December 2026 or spring 2027 graduation dates.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Engineering rotations across Operations Engineering, CI, and Operations.
• Support manufacturing projects including design transfer and qualification activities.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering on manufacturing support and risk analysis.
• Contribute to new product development teams and process improvements.
• Train and mentor operators and technicians on the production floor.
