Job summary

The Cosmopolitan at MGM Resorts International seeks a Deployment Engineer to analyze hardware and software needs, propose innovative solutions, and coordinate deployments. This role includes training technicians and developing automation scripts for successful product delivery.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months IT experience, an associate degree in a related field, cross-platform skills, and familiarity with testing/integration. Resort experience is preferred, with on-site work in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of IT experience in a deployment/engineering role.
• Associate’s degree in information systems/technology or related field.
• Experience in resort/hospitality setting preferred.
• Cross-platform experience and integration testing knowledge.
• Basic scripting knowledge (command line).
• A+ certification and MCP or higher preferred.

• Analyze hardware and software needs for project planning and make recommendations.
• Generate new and innovative solutions to complex problems and propose process improvements.
• Document project metrics and coordinate deployments.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for project implementation.
