This position plays an important part in maintaining a welcoming guest experience by ensuring building systems, equipment, and facilities are operating efficiently and are promptly serviced when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner to support guest satisfaction and operational needs.
• Assist with preventive maintenance tasks to help minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Monitor the condition of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and equipment.
• Support troubleshooting and repair efforts for HVAC, lighting, appliances, and other property systems as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and items requiring follow-up.
• Follow established safety procedures, maintenance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments to prioritize work and resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist with emergency response procedures and after-hours support as needed.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
