Job summary

Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom (SETT) seeks an Engineer to support the east region in Puerto Rico. The role involves applying basic engineering principles to design and implement system modifications, experiments, and capital projects.

You will analyze results and communicate findings for operational improvements and project execution. Under supervision, you will contribute to process optimization strategies and troubleshooting across manufacturing environments, with emphasis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 2 years of Engineering experience.
• Experience supporting equipment and system decommissioning in a regulated manufacturing environment; change control & risk assessments.
• Strong knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Experience managing technical documentation and records.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English.

• Characterize process optimization strategies and troubleshoot operational issues in manufacturing environments.
• Organize, analyze, and present interpretation of results for engineering projects of minor scope and complexity.
