Job summary

VSE is seeking an Aviation Technician I to inspect, service, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul aircraft components in a safety‑driven environment. You will work with fuel/pneumatic systems, follow manuals and regulatory data, and document all work performed, ensuring equipment and tools stay calibrated and ready.

The role requires an A&P certification or equivalent, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality and safety

Qualifications

• Must have A&P certification or equivalent.
• Read and interpret schematics and drawings.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair and overhaul aircraft components.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, service, maintain and overhaul aircraft fuel/pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment per manuals and regulations.
• Maintain shop tools and ensure calibration and readiness.
• Follow approved data and regulatory requirements.
• Document work and prioritize tasks safely and timely.
