Job summary

My CNH Reman in Springfield, MO, is seeking a Production Working Lead in the Engines or Engine Disassembly area to drive manufacturing excellence, model safety, and promote quality and productivity across the team.

You will train new employees, ensure daily duties and responsibility sheets are completed, follow documented work instructions, and support production tasks as needed in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Must have regular, predictable attendance and be reliable.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, SDS, and JSA.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, reach, and lift up to 49 lbs.
• Work in climate controlled and non-climate controlled environments.
