Qualifications

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Aerospace engineering, Mechanical engineering, Systems engineering, or a related field and actively enrolled through the completion of the intern session.
  • Completed coursework in thermodynamics.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Support propulsion system design and analysis to optimize engine performance, fuel consumption, and operability.
  • Perform thermodynamic and fluid dynamic analyses to evaluate engine systems.
  • Conduct gas turbine cycle modeling and analyze system performance.
  • Assist in the design and evaluation of turbomachinery components and control systems.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address system-wide challenges and deliver program objectives.
  • Contribute to data analysis and validation efforts for engine development.
  • Prepare technical documentation and present findings to stakeholders.
