Job summary

Newbold Services is seeking a Product Manager for Engine & Equipment Solutions in Greensboro. This hybrid/remote role blends product ownership with direct customer engagement, working closely with the sales team to grow an established engine product portfolio.

You will interact with customers, identify opportunities, and help select the right products for applications while collaborating with engineering and sales to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with customers and growing accounts.
• Ability to understand equipment applications and translate them into solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.
• Serve as product expert supporting customers and the sales organization.
• Work with OEM customers to understand equipment and application requirements.
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs.
• Build relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and industry partners.
• Identify new markets, applications, customers, and revenue opportunities.
• Manage a portfolio of gasoline engine products.
• Develop pricing strategies balancing competitiveness and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, customer demand, and opportunities.
• Support product launches and develop sales tools and info.
• Visit customers to understand their equipment and challenges.
