Qualifications

• Must be able to stand on concrete for entire shift with repetitive bending, stooping, twisting, reaching and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and understand Work Station Instructions.
• Cross train on other jobs as required and participate in safety improvements.

Responsibilities

• Clean and inspect engine blocks.
• Operate hoist, air tools, hand tools, torque wrenches, gauges, wash tank, and inspection camera.
• Identify component parts by learning identification numbers.
• Follow rotation plan and complete training matrix for each position.
• Maintain clean work area and support safety, quality, and productivity initiatives.
