Qualifications

• Ability to work in a repetitive motion environment
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently, up to 75 lbs with assistance
• Operate riveting, torqueing, hand tools and small power tools safely
• Read and understand Work Station Instruction documentation
• Willingness to cross-train across the area
• Collaborate with a team and work independently
• Ability to work overtime when necessary
• Established satisfactory attendance and performance
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Operate torque wrenches, air tools, presses, gauges
• Identify component parts by learning identification numbers
• Adhere to established work rotation plan
• Complete training matrix for each rotation position
• Read and understand Work Station Instructions
• Follow safety standards and 5S work practices
• Participate in safety goals, audits and objectives
• Maintain productivity and assist teammates as needed
• Support continuous improvement and problem solving
