Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2-year technical degree preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members in the engine assembly area.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, housekeeping and delivery targets.
• Coordinate production flow with Team Members and Group Leader.
• Attend required training and comply with HMMA policies.
• Perform administrative tasks as required.
• Rotate jobs and shifts; maintain ergonomic practices.
• Address quality issues and implement containment procedures.
• Ensure compliance with BMS, EMS and SMS requirements.
