Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with executive management and department heads to align production priorities.
• Direct, plan, and implement policies and activities to maximize returns and productivity.
• Develop and lead areas’ activities aligned with annual goals.
• Monitor KPI progress and report to executive management.
• Review schedules and orders to decide inventory needs, staffing, and procedures.
• Resolve production issues with technical and admin teams.
• Develop production tracking systems and analyze reports to detect problems.
• Develop budgets and approve expenditures ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Provide developmental opportunities for all direct reports.
• Comply with BMS/EMS/SMS; handle hazardous waste per regulations.
• Meet all other requirements as assigned.
