Job summary

May Institute is seeking an Assistant Training Coordinator in Randolph, MA to support training and recertification activities for our school and residential programs. This full-time role requires coordinating calendars, preparing materials, and maintaining accurate training records to ensure high-quality care and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human services or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in human services management or coordination.
• Ability to deliver engaging training to diverse audiences.
• Strong facilitation and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the annual refresher training calendar for the division.
• Coordinate training sessions by reserving rooms, preparing materials, setting up spaces, and communicating schedules.
• Facilitate recertification training for Safety-Care, CPR, AED, First Aid, and other programs.
• Track attendance and certification requirements per standards.
• Prepare training documentation and enter data into LMS.
• Maintain trainer certifications and training materials.
