Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with 1+ year of driving experience.
• 1+ years experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Interest in developing leadership skills and growing into a management role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support while assisting in daily site operations.
• Help coordinate meal prep, shopping, recreation planning, and household organization.
• Maintain communication with the Program Coordinator, management, and nursing teams.
• Take on-call responsibilities two days per week and cover the home when the PC is on leave.
