Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associates degree or higher preferred.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• 1 year child care experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Able to clear a level 2 background check.

Responsibilities

• Supports delivery of academic and enrichment programming aligned with 21st CCLC goals, including literacy, mathematics, and S.T.R.E.A.M.-based activities.
• Provides small group instruction, tutoring, and homework assistance to reinforce school-day learning.
• Assists with classroom management to maintain a safe, structured learning environment.
• Supervises students during transitions, meals, and program activities, ensuring safety and appropriate behavior.
• Collaborates with staff and teachers to align enrichment activities with student needs.
